This private cove beach area, which has over 70 mature palms as high as 150 ft., has acted as a backdrop for California and Hawaiian beach scenes and is very private. Baywatch, the Beach Boys, Brad Pitt, Cameron Diaz, Frankie Avalon, David Hasselhoff and many other film and music celebrities have used the beach areas for their sand and water scenes. Both catalog and leading fashion model still photographers have made Cypress Sea Cove their "special" beach front location. The property fronts on a private road, which has 24-hour armed security and is a great location for car commercials with its tree line shoulders and brick curbs. It is also used for truck parking. This grass park area is used by the film crew's food services.</font></p><p><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">The interior of the main residence has a large 2nd story white reflective deck facing the ocean with no obstructions. The design and feel of the interior of the house could be described as a "Sea Captain/Victorian." It has the features of "nautical" theme stain glass windows and gothic hallways. The windows facing the ocean are large and gothic shaped. The floors, walls and tabletops are teakwood salvaged from the deck of the "USS Los Angeles."</font></p><p><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">For events and weddings there is outdoor mood lighting and security floodlights covering all of the entire location. Electric outdoor outlets are everywhere. There is a children's playground area with a very colorful jungle gym and swings set with spectacular ocean views. There is also a basketball and badminton court in the middle of a beautiful park setting.</font></p><p><font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><i><font size="3"><b>The property is logistically designed for photography, filming, and events.</b></font></i><br> <br> <b>Parking:</b> There is off street and secure parking on private road and driveways located on site. There usually is enough room for off street parking of film production trucks. There is unlimited parking on nearby Pacific Coast Hwy. Also 1 public and 2 private parking areas within a few miles of Cypress Sea Cove. Each of these locations will hold at least 250 vehicles. The large private park area with full size basketball court often used for production catering of up to 200 people. </font></p><p><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2"><b>Electricity:</b> The film and photo location has a 400 amp electric panel. There are over 100 outdoor electrical outlets. Electric outlets spaced at least one every 25 feet in every area of the 2-acre site. They are on 8 different 20-amp circuits. </font></p><p><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2"><b>Water:</b> There are 35 outdoor water taps and hose reels throughout the entire film and photo location. There are 2 underground water storage tanks hooked to a form fire-fighting system.</font></p><p><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2"><b>Lighting:</b> There are 53 outdoor 250/500/1500 watt security motion floodlights covering the entire film and photo location. There are also 2,500 watt Navy searchlights for ocean illumination and over 300 copper outdoor Malibu mood lights.
